Terms of Service

Mikenzie Rae Media LLC provides AI search visibility, SEO, AEO, website design and rebuild, Google Business Profile management, and related marketing services. Monthly packages require a three month minimum, billed upfront. Services begin once payment is received.

Mikenzie Rae Media is your marketing company, and active management of your website is the core of what you are paying us for. A high-performing website is not a static product we hand over once. It is a living asset we tune continuously against how AI engines and search platforms rank, cite, and recommend businesses. Those systems change constantly, and staying visible means adjusting your site in step with them.

For that reason, all on-page work, including your rebuild, on-page SEO and AEO, structured data, and content, is performed on a website we build and control on our own platform. This is not a limitation. It is how the results are produced. When one expert team holds the controls, every change is intentional, coordinated, and measured. When control is split between parties, optimization breaks down, changes conflict, and no one can be accountable for the outcome. Keeping the build in our hands is what allows us to stand behind the work and keep improving it month over month.

If your goal is to own a website outright and run it yourself or elsewhere, that is exactly what our one-time Website Buyout is for. We design, build, and fully optimize your site, then transfer complete ownership to you. But a website managed by the team that built and optimizes it will always outperform the same website handed off and managed elsewhere. Our ongoing engagements exist for clients who want the full, sustained result, not just the asset.

Off-site services, such as Google Business Profile management, local listings, and visibility work on third-party sources, can be provided independently, since these do not live on your website.

Hosting is provided only for websites built by Mikenzie Rae Media on its platform. We do not host client-owned or externally built websites.

The client represents that they own or hold the rights to all content and images they provide or authorize for use, and authorizes Mikenzie Rae Media to use that material in the rebuild. Mikenzie Rae Media uses only client images the client has confirmed and authorized in writing, and replaces any uncleared material with properly licensed or newly created visuals.

For the one-time buyout fee, Mikenzie Rae Media will design, build, and optimize a website and transfer full ownership of the code to the client via GitHub. Upon transfer the engagement is complete. The buyout does not include hosting, maintenance, support, updates, or any performance guarantee. Once the client receives and can modify the code, Mikenzie Rae Media is not responsible for the site's performance, security, or visibility.

AI engines and search platforms control their own algorithms and rankings. Mikenzie Rae Media does not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, citations, traffic, or placement in AI answer engines or search results. The client owns their content.

Each client's data, strategy, and results are kept confidential and are not shared with or reused for other clients.
