Refund and Cancellation Policy

Every payment to Mikenzie Rae Media LLC is final. We do not offer refunds on setup fees, monthly fees, add ons, or any service, in whole or in part, for any reason, once you start a plan. When you start, you agree to this policy.

We begin building and reserving time for you right away. Our work, tools, and team go in from day one, so payments cannot be returned.

Our monthly plans bill in advance each month.

To cancel, email rae@mikenzieraemedia.com before your next billing date. When you cancel, your plan stays active through the end of the month you already paid for, and you will not be billed again after that. We do not refund the current month or any past month.

The work we have already delivered stays yours under the terms of your agreement. Tools, systems, and items we license to you stay active only while your plan is active.

Setup fees and one time projects, such as a site build or a photo and video shoot, are never refundable once we begin.
